Sponsorwise developed and supports this proposal management system used by our clients. Emails to Sponsorwise requesting donations, sponsorship, etc. from our clients will not be accepted. You must submit through the system by logging on and following instructions provided.

This form can be used only to contact Sponsorwise for the reasons below, not to submit requests to our clients or check on the status of your request. Due to the high volume, Sponsorwise cannot pass along proposals, information, requests or email to our clients. We also cannot provide contact information for our clients. The only way to make a request of one of our clients is by creating an account and submitting a request through the Sponsorwise system by clicking on "Login" or "Register" above. You may check status of your request by clicking on Profile Manager from your account then click on Log for that request.

DO NOT USE THIS FORM TO MAKE A REQUEST OR ENQUIRE AS TO STATUS OF YOUR REQUEST. Using this form any reason other than those listed below will only delay your request. See information above on how to make a request.

Use this form to contact Sponsorwise only for the following reasons:

• If you are a corporation and are interested in information on Sponsorwise, select "Corporate Information" from the pull down list after "To" below.

• If you are having technical difficulty, select "Technical Support" from pulldown list after "To" below. Provide as much information as possible, including the problem you are experiencing, what you were trying to do when you had the problem, etc.

• For other enquiries only for Sponsorwise, please select the appropriate category from the list after "To" below.
